The city’s skincare therapist, Hlengiwe Lucia Ochan has provides essential beauty tips for women.

Five beauty tips:
• Drink water first thing in the morning and throughout the day. This helps keep your skin hydrated.
• Exercise daily. Exercise or a 30-minute walk daily helps to improve blood circulation.
• Have a facial once a month, either deep cleanse, exfoliate steam or chemical peel. This is a must, as it helps remove dead skin cells so that products can penetrate easily.
• Do not sleep with your make-up on as this clogs the skin.
• Exfoliate your lips when you cleanse your face daily.
