Four people arrested for possession of dagga

KAMHLUSHWA- Four people, including a woman were arrested for possession of dagga during the weekend operation by the local police.

The suspects were arrested in this area and Phiva when police were patrolling.

The newly appointment station commander of the local police station,Capt  Mzwandile Nyambi confirmed the arrest and told Mpumalanga News that all the suspects are expected to appear in court soon.

“The suspects were arrested in various places after they were found with dagga and the highest street value of dagga that was discovered is R60 000.

Our investigation also led us to an arrest of a 35-year old who was running an illegal business of selling dagga to look after her children as she told us that she is unemployed,”said Nyambi.
