South African Football Association coach instructor Steve Coatzee mentioned that SAFA has identified that a lot of coaches do not have a coaching qualification. The camp was meant to guide the coaches through attaining the qualification.

In the afternoon we put him in between the sticks and there was a shooting drill, he felt quite good. He wore a mask. We are adjusting it slightly to try make it better for him,” said Stuart Baxter.
